Our shop is rather basic. We run it out of an old barn during the season (June - August) and part time out of the garage the rest of the year. You are welcome to drop by however it is best to call first to make sure we will be around. Often we are out on a tour, giving lessons, or shuttling boats.
From the north:
From Woodsville, NH take route 10 south approx. 5 miles into North Haverhill. In the center of town there is a Veterans Memorial/intersection of RT 116. Continue south on RT 10, it is 3 miles to a big red barn on your left. That is us, directly across from the North Haverhill Fair Grounds. DURING THE OFF-SEASON (Sept.-June) we are located at the house, back in North Haverhill turn left onto route 116 at the veterans memorial in the center of the turn. Follow RT 116 approx. 1.5 miles, turn left onto Terrace Drive, we are the 5th house up on the left (#111 large brown wood sided house green porch turned 90 degrees to the road). (Note: Terrace Drive is at the base of a small hill, also, 50 yds. before Terrace Drive on the opposite side of the road is the entrance to the Middle School.)
From the south:
I-91 north to exit 16 (Bradford, VT), turn right off the exit, follow this road approx. ½ mile to a traffic light (this is the intersection of RT 5), turn left on to RT 5 north, follow RT 5 for approx. 71/2 miles to the village of Newbury, VT (approx. 1 mile from the light you will pass through Bradford Village, from there you will follow the river to the edge of Newbury Village), as you approach Newbury Village there will be a right turn headed towards the river and NH, you will see the river and bridge below you as you approach, there is also a sign for NH, turn right here and follow this road approx. 7/10 mile (across the river) to the intersection of RT 10, turn right onto RT 10. We are located in the big red barn directly across from the North Haverhill Fair Grounds approximately ½ mile from the turn. From the East:
Take I-93 to Plymouth NH. Exit onto route 25 west in Plymouth. (I think this is the last Plymouth exit) Follow route 25 out of Plymouth through Wentworth, Warren, Glencliff, Pike, and into Haverhill. (This will take you approx. 45 minutes). In Haverhill you will come to the intersection of NH route 10. Turn right to go north on route 10. Approximately 1 mile on your right you will find us in the big red barn, directly across from the North Haverhill Fair Grounds. DURING THE OFF-SEASON (Sept. - June) we are located at the house, continue past the barn on Rt. 10 north in approx. 1/2 mile you will see a road coming in on your left across the river from Vermont.
